An industrial project needs a partner whose process, machinery, material experience, tolerance range and available capacity match the specification. Our role covers sourcing, initial capability qualification, coordination of technical exchanges and commercial follow-through. Depending on the programme, the search can include prototypes, pre-series, repeat production, secondary operations, surface treatment, assembly, inspection or packaging. The selected manufacturer remains responsible for production and its certifications; OVEL provides a clear, efficient interface between the parties.

You can share a general capacity need, 2D drawing, 3D model or full request-for-quotation package. Sensitive information can be protected by a confidentiality agreement before it is disclosed. OVEL identifies missing inputs, structures the request and targets partners with a credible fit. A well-prepared package reduces repeated questions and shortens the route to an initial feasibility response.
Quality, traceability and certification by programme
Watchmaking, MedTech, electronics and general precision engineering do not have the same requirements. The search therefore considers the quality systems and certifications actually needed, such as ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 where the application requires them. Inspection resources, material traceability, secondary processes and production documentation are also considered. Certifications belong to the selected manufacturer and are confirmed before any commitment.
